This is an internal website (intranet) for current students, faculty and staff to communicate, share information and access multiple resources and online services within the University. The intranet is protected as each member of the university community will have to login with her/his AUI Network ID and password to access all the internal services she/he is authorized to ( Webmail, Portal...). The intranet can be accessed from anywhere, and on any device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or desktop).
The AUI ID is your passport to many services on campus: e.g. the Portal and webmail as well as many services offered by departments.
A single user identifier and password simplifies access to protected services. Users need to remember only one password and service providers are freed from maintaining a password management system.
When using AUISSO login, you will be able to access multiple web applications at the University simultaneously without having to re-enter your credentials.
To end your session and to successfully logout from all applications, first click on the logout button. Second, completely exit your browser.
While following these steps will end your session with the applications, there are some extra measures you should take to ensure your account and personal information remain protected:
AUISSO stores information in your web browser, using a feature called cookies. When you exit your browser, these cookies are cleared and you are logged out of AUISSO and the services that use it for authentication.
To exit your browser, look for the close, exit, quit or “X” button.
Please enter your ID and press the “Forgot Password?” link.
The forgotten password function will only work if you’ve set your security questions. If not, please contact the Service Desk to request a new AUISSO password.
